Nintendo Switch will Support Unreal Engine 4

Nintendo has stunned the gaming industry with their reveal of their newest console, the Nintendo Switch. Considering the Wii U was a huge failure, this time Nintendo is working hard to make sure this Switch project is a grand success.

Towards that goal, Nintendo Switch will support Unreal Engine 4, a powerful game engine which has powered games like Gears of War 4, Scalebound, Dead Island 2 etc.

Unreal Engine tweeted about this partnership earlier today.

Nintendo also announced a partnership with UE4’s biggest rivals Unity Engine. Other then 3rd party developers, major developers have also partnered with Nintendo.

Things seem to be going well for Nintendo. Nothing else is known about Switch for now, but we can expect a March 2017 release date.
