Hideo Kojima. Guillermo del Toro. Norman Reedus. Silent Hill Reboot. The horror game fan within me was excited like anything. The game was to be a love-child of the genius developer, the legendary director and the much loved actor. And then a dark cloud swept over with Konami shutting down the project and with Kojima leaving Konami, the chances of us getting the game were crushed under corporate politics.
A while ago our hopes were raised when del Toro admitted to meeting Kojima who admitted the existence of a secret project saying
“I love working with Kojima-san. We are still in touch. We are still friends and working into doing something together, but that’s not going to be [Silent Hills].”
Now Kojima who is known for being a tease, took it to another level by tweeting a picture of him and Norman Reedus. Apparently they met up so that Kojima could update Reedus on the latters newly formed company Kojima Productions. Reedus in turn posted the logo of the company on Instagram.

This all but proves that the three ARE working on a new title. Which means that in the coming years there is one extraordinary game (horror?) on the way.
