Iorveth and Saskia are easily two of the biggest fan favorite characters in the Witcher series. So being told that they aren’t going to make a come back in the last and upcoming DLC for The Witcher 3 is rather heartbreaking for a fan like me. God Damn you CD Projekt Red!
Marcin Momot, the community manager for CD Projekt Red, bluntly goes on to say in a Reddit post in r/witcher, “As much as I would love to see Iorveth in the game myself, that’s not going to happen – sorry. Same goes for Saskia.”
That being said though, Marcin Momot states that the upcoming DLC will contain “a completely new region in BaW, with new characters, places, intrigues, quests, etc.”

It should be noted that Iorveth and Saskia’s story was to an extent told in a comic that comes with the Hearts of Stone DLC for The Witcher 3. It seems to assume you picked Iorveth’s path in Witcher 2 and gives you some information about what happened to Saskia and Vergen after the events of the game. If you own Hearts of Stone, you’ll find the comic in the DLC extras.
